It came in yesterday, and I installed it only to find out that it pushes me around 3" to 4" forward, so my crotch is up on the fuel tank. However, and not related to the modification, the backrest is rather flimsy and bends easily, NOT at the flat stem point, but at the point where the stem bends to attach to the pad. He is very helpful and will work with you if your bike requires some adjustment to accommodate the backrest. He is very good on customer service.
