WebTbh armor doesn't matter that much in DS3. Far more important is the shield. Best choice is obviously Havel's, but Yhorm's is a great substitute until then. For armor I used Lothric knight's set with random pieces mixed in for much of the game then switched to Millwood Knight set once I had enough vit.
