WebOC Animal Care houses and provides medical care for impounded dogs, cats and exotic animals. OC Animal Care provides pet licensing and patrol services to 14 contract cities and all the unincorporated areas of the County. OC Animal Care strives to save the lives of all healthy, treatable, and manageable dogs and cats in our community. WebOur homegrown, private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization rescues, shelters and adopts more than a thousand companion animals annually. With a focus on strengthening the human-animal bond, RCHS serves the San Diego County community with education programs for children and teens, and offers emergency assistance for pet parents in crisis.
